Responsibilities:
Drive Team to achieve process and service level agreements / metrics i.e., productivity and quality target within the established timeliness.

Providing mentorship and leadership to team members, including directing and assigning work, communicating team goals and identifying areas for new trainings, skills and improvement areas.

Managing hiring for their area and trainings, and keep management updated on team performance.

Communicate concerns and handle hurdles of team members for smooth execution of projects. Address issues proactively, prepare and implement solutions.

Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines.

Notice period not more than 60 days.

Required Skill Sets:
Must have:
Atleast 9 years of total IT experience.

6 or more years related experience in Java, J2EE, Hibernate, Spring, Spring MVC, Oracle, REST/SOAP, Weblogic, Bit-bucket.

Proven work experience as a Team Lead (resource manager/IT PM).

In-depth knowledge on performance metrics and service level agreements.

Effective Organizational, time-Management and decision making skills

Expert analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to oversee defects and result validation.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: ₹2,700,000.00 - ₹2,900,000.00 per year
