**Urgent Hiring For Transport In-charge**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise daily transportation activities to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods/personnel.
- Manage the fleet of vehicles including scheduling, routing, and maintenance.
- Assign and supervise drivers; ensure compliance with duty hours, driving licenses, and conduct.
- Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and maintenance costs to optimize fleet efficiency.
- Maintain and update transport records such as vehicle logs, maintenance logs, fuel slips, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure all vehicles meet legal, safety, and company standards.
- Coordinate with vendors for vehicle leasing, maintenance, and insurance.
- Handle transport-related grievances and emergencies efficiently.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on transport operations and performance.
- Ensure cost-effective transport operations within budget.
- Keeping the parents informed of any route change,schedule change & timing change.
- Manage school buses & organizing schedules & routes.
- Ensuring that vehicles are safe & meet legal requirements.
- Making sure that drivers are aware of their duties.
- All Transport papers have to update and verified.
- Check all buses Insurance and pollution paper should be update always
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar transport or logistics supervisory role.
- Immediate joiner should be apply.
- Must have their own Vehicle.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Morning shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Rajnagar,, Ghaziabad - 201001, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
