Full-time deployment as Monitoring and Evaluation Expert as part of state-level PMU for Direcorate of Urban Transport, Uttar Pradesh.

Responsibilities will include:

- Collect data/information of the ongoing/ proposed city bus and related infrastructure projects and develop framework

for monitoring;
- Analyze data collected from City Transport SPVs and assess the value and impact of different schemes/programs;
- Determine and monitor KPIs of the on-going Contract and suggest measures for improving the performance of the city bus systems;
- Monitoring and analysis of e-bus performance and charging infrastructure parameters;
- Design, develop and support an effective grievance redress mechanism;
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
- Develop and monitor project activities, outputs and progress towards anticipated results;

Location: Lucknow

Engagement type: 1 year retainership contract (renewable)

Qualification requirements:

- Degree in Engineering or Master degree in Economics/Statistics/MBA or PGDM or relevant field
- Min. 4 years in reviewing KPIs, or processes for monitoring progress; generating data and information to support decision-making and improve project/program outcomes. Experience in Transport sector is desirable.
