Responsibilities-
- Conduct thorough and systematic quality checks on KYC/AML processes and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.- Identify discrepancies, errors, or gaps in KYC/AML records and provide detailed feedback to the relevant teams for remediation.- Collaborate with compliance officers and AML/KYC analysts to address and resolve quality issues and enhance process efficiency.- Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality check findings and prepare detailed reports for management review.- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to KYC/AML processes to ensure alignment with evolving standards.

YOUR PROFILE

As a person you come across as team-player who is professional, analytical, solution-oriented, positive and energetic.- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.- 4 to 8 years of experience in a Quality check within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on KYC/AML compliance.- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to KYC/AML processes.- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Professional certifications in AML/KYC compliance (e.g., CAMS, ACAMS) are preferred.
