**Job Title**: Sourcing & Creative Administrator
**Reports to**: Direct Sourcing & Design

**Purpose of the role**:
The Sourcing & Creative Administrator will provide support to our buyers in the Direct Sourcing team and the Head of Supply Chain. As well as this the Administrator will take on ad hoc admin tasks for the Design Team, supporting their creative output and ensuring the smooth launch and updates of deals.
We run a very busy department, and this role is crucial to our success, the Administrator will provide operational and administrative assistance to all members of the team and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

**Main responsibilities & duties: Assisting Buyers with the selection of the right product mix**
- Writing, placing and tracking purchase orders
- Manage delivery of stock, SKU creation on in-house systems and other tasks to ensure a smooth deal lifecycle
- Managing the buying trackers, and purchase order trackers
- Manage all inbound sampling including the budgets
- Be the main point of contact between sourcing, supply chain and customer services
- Ensuring products are purchased at the right time, to specification and at a good price
- Managing the QC bookings for all Buyers
- Managing supplier and warehouse invoicing in a timely manner
- Cap allocations across all platforms and all affiliate platforms
- Manage and review refund reporting
- Maintain all SOP documentation
- Oversee and produce reporting for both HoSC and HoDS
- Administer the post-sale processes, managing contact with suppliers and the warehouse
- Work with the sales team, buyers & merchants to resolve back order issues and minimise refunds
- Ad-hoc admin for both HoSC & HoDS & HoD
- GTIN’s and general product mapping using the in-house system
- Basic image checking following updates, ensuring images are suitable for deals
- AI related image tasks using prompts and automated in-house systems

**Technical skills required**:

- Microsoft Office
- Oracle PO Manager
- Salesforce & Mintsoft preferred but not essential

**Soft skills required: Excellent time management and able to prioritise workload**
- Good written & verbal communication skills
- Have self-awareness and be a team player, with the ability to work autonomously, and understanding
- of when an issue should be escalated
- Good work ethic with a positive attitude
- Excellent attention to detail, with an eye/interest in creativity
- Adaptable to change and takes feedback well
- proactive & flexible ,able to adapt well to change and new situation
- **Experience : 2-6years**:

- **salary : 5-7 lpa**:

- **Location : Bangalore( work from office) UK hours**:

- Timing : 12pm to 7pm /1pm to 8pm in office, Remaining form home.
- **Depends on changes in UK timings.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
