Our client (Montessori School) is looking for

**Prefer**:Female (Only)

**Experience required**:1-2 years

**Work Location**: Jayanagar, Bangalore

**Work timings**:

- OPTION 1: 9am to 5pm (8 hours including lunch break)
- OPTION 2: 9am to 4pm (7 hours including lunch break)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Strategy**: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the school's objectives and values.
- **Manage & grow our presence:

- **Website, Social Media platforms, School mobile app, Online Reputation Management etc
- **Analytics and Reporting**:Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Use data insights to optimize strategies for better results.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Stay up to date with industry trends and monitor competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and follow up with potential leads, maintaining a database of interested families for the admissions team.
- **Information Sessions**: Organize and host information sessions or webinars to educate parents and the community about Montessori education and the unique benefits of our school.
- **Promotion and Outreach**: Act as the face of the School by engaging with the local community, attending events, fairs, and community gatherings to promote the school. Promoting, elevating and advancing business to higher levels.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging and relevant content.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in Montessori principles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
