**About the Team**:
The Last Line of Defence of the Technical Operations team is the team of experts responsible for the continuous availability of the customer systems hosted in ECS by resolving critical customer outages/incidents.

**What you'll do**:
The main objective of the Technology Architect (TA) is to create the best system environment for the customer, more specifically leveraging SAP's HANA and Cloud products. The TA designs and optimizes the deployment of SAP technology solutions. The TA must have a very good understanding of the SAP product offering and its interoperability with other components, as well as a high-level understanding of interface technology. Solution and Landscape design, Road map Planning, actively understand latest SAP trends, innovation and strategies

Advice and expertise specific to Non-NetWeaver components offered by SAP.
- Support the management in strategic directions
- Contribute ideas to help towards the vision and execution of teams in ECS Last line of Defense
- Specialist in innovative themes of SAP technology (i.e. HANA, Cloud, RISE).
- Technical implementation and configuration in the complete cycle of projects.
- Work on POC projects of new Non-NetWeaver and new dimension SAP products.
- Coordination with ECS partners

**What you bring**:

- Expert in troubleshoot complex issues and work under pressure
- Ability to Own, Lead and coordinate operational tasks, escalations, process improvements, etc.
- Quick learner to learn and become an SME of latest SAP technologies Non-NetWeaver offering
- Experience with Linux, Cluster solutions, DR setup, DC migration to various cloud solutions (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Expert in OS/DB migration, Version upgrades, S/4 HANA conversion, Cloud Connector, BOBJ, Integration of 3rd party products, etc.
- Work on POC projects of Non-NetWeaver and new dimension SAP Prod.
- Positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
