We are currently seeking a talented and driven Client Relation Executive -Overseas Counsellor to join our team in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for counselling clients for migrating to Canada and Australia.

- Stay updated with the latest changes in immigration laws.
- Gain clients' confidence and convert them for immigration process with the company.
- Advise clients on available overseas options to help them make informed decisions.
- Give clear and accurate information based on current immigration and visa rules.
- Conduct a fair and neutral evaluation of clients' profiles.
- Provide excellent customer service by proactively responding to client queries and advising them on their immigration and visa needs.
- Meet with prospective and existing clients to determine their required services.
- Provide clients with a list of all necessary documentation.
- Work towards achieving sales targets for oneself and the aligned team.
- Contact assigned leads daily to meet the given targets and ensure the supporting team does the same.
- Adhere to the work policies and ethics of the organization.

Experience: 1 to 2 years

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Required Skills/Abilities:

- Prior experience in immigration sales or counseling for **UK, Canada, or Schengen countries.**:

- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with computers and the internet.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven attitude.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills with the ability to convince.
- Outgoing and positive with a passion to learn and grow.
- Strong team skills and relationship building skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Bachelors prefered

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
