We are on the lookout for an energetic Junior Event Sales Associate ready to dive into the world of event sales and marketing. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience but a strong desire to learn and grow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and researching potential leads to expand our client base.
- Help manage communications and follow-ups with prospective clients under supervision.
- Maintain records of sales activities and client communications in company CRM.
- Assist with the coordination of event details as directed by senior staff.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor’s degree
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software and tools.
- Team player with good organizational skills.
