**Work Schedule**:

- **Timings**: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Job Summary**:
We are looking for dynamic, goal-driven **Client Associates** to join our BPO team. In this role, you will engage with business clients via outbound calls to promote and onboard them to our client’s services. All leads will be provided.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound B2B calls using the provided leads
- Explain and promote the client’s services to potential business clients
- Maintain a minimum of 120 minutes of daily talk time
- Achieve a minimum of 4 client acquisitions per month
- Accurately log calls and update CRM systems
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports
- Coordinate with internal teams for client follow-ups

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Experience**: 0 to 5 years (preferably in Telecalling, Sales, or Client Acquisition)
- **Education**: Open to all educational backgrounds with strong communication skills

**Age Limit**:

- **Junior Executive**: Up to 30 years
- **Team Lead (TL)**: Up to 32 years

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion abilities
- Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented
- Basic computer proficiency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
