**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions for students who are preparing for university interviews in the UK.
- Help students develop their communication skills, including proficiency in English, fluency, and proper slang usage.
- Focus on teaching interview techniques, helping students understand interview questions and how to answer confidently and clearly.
- Guide students through mock interview sessions to simulate real-life university credibility interviews.
- Assist students in building a strong personal profile to enhance their interview performance.
- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment to encourage students to practice and improve.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and mock interview scenarios based on real UK university interview formats.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Build strong relationships with trainees, offering continuous support and maintaining an approachable demeanor.
- Maintain patience and understanding while addressing individual concerns and challenges.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in English** with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills** to effectively engage with students and create a comfortable learning environment.
- **Good understanding of UK university credibility interview processes** and what they entail.
- **Quick learning ability** to understand various academic backgrounds and tailor training accordingly.
- **Convincing capability** to motivate students and boost their confidence during interview preparations.
- Ability to build and maintain **good relationships with trainees**, fostering trust and a supportive atmosphere.
- **Patience** to work with students at varying levels of preparation and assist them in improving their interview skills.
- Previous experience in **training, coaching, or conducting mock interviews** is a plus.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in Education, Communication, or related areas).
- Previous experience in training, teaching, or coaching, especially related to interviews or English language proficiency, is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
