**Job Overview**

Aitrich Academy, the training division of Aitrich Technologies, is seeking a passionate and empathetic **Language Trainer** to guide students through their personal and professional transformation as part of our Placement Oriented Programs (POP). This role is instrumental in preparing students—especially those from non-traditional or career-break backgrounds—to become confident, articulate, and job-ready professionals.

As a Language Trainer, you will lead soft-skills and communication training initiatives, conduct workshops, and mentor students in areas such as spoken English, professional writing, group discussions, and interview preparation. You will work in close collaboration with technical trainers, placement officers, and POP mentors to deliver a well-rounded student development experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Mentorship & Student Engagement**
- Act as a mentor and motivator, especially for students who lack confidence or professional exposure.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
- Monitor student engagement, identify drop-out risks, and take proactive steps to retain participation.

**Soft Skills & Communication Training**
- Design and conduct structured sessions on:

- English language fundamentals and spoken English.
- Presentation skills, group discussion strategies, and workplace communication.
- Resume writing, LinkedIn profiles, and video resume guidance.
- Mock interviews with personalized feedback on verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Support personality development, professional etiquette, and confidence-building.

**Program Management & Collaboration**
- Maintain training schedules and ensure timely delivery of communication modules.
- Track student progress, maintain reports, and provide feedback to the training team.
- Coordinate industry-led sessions and alumni talks focused on communication in real-world scenarios.

**Career Advocacy & Student Promotion**
- Encourage high-performing students to step up as ambassadors for Aitrich Academy.
- Motivate students to explore advanced POP tracks and certifications.
- Drive student referral campaigns and support marketing with alumni success stories.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- **Educational Background**: Master’s degree in English, Communication, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in soft skills training, language instruction, HR development, or career coaching.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Proficiency in conducting independent training sessions.
- Ability to connect with students from diverse academic and personal backgrounds.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
