**Order Processing**:

- **Receive and review incoming orders**: This includes verifying customer information, order details, and payment accuracy.
- **Manage inventory**: Check stock availability, update inventory records, and communicate with the warehouse or procurement team regarding stock replenishment.
- **Process orders**: Generate invoices, packing slips, and shipping labels.
- **Coordinate with shipping providers**: Select shipping methods, arrange pickups, and track shipments.
- **Communicate with customers**: Respond to order inquiries, update them on order status, and handle issues related to orders.
- **Handle returns and exchanges**: Process return requests, issue refunds, and manage returned items.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain accurate records**: Update customer accounts, order history, and inventory management systems.
- **Resolve order discrepancies**: Address issues like incorrect items, missing products, or damaged goods.
- **Identify and report any discrepancies or errors**: Ensure efficient problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- **Follow company policies and procedures**: Maintain compliance with internal regulations and industry standards.
- **Adhere to data privacy and security regulations**: Protect customer information and handle it responsibly.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Strong attention to detail and accuracy**: Ensuring all orders are processed correctly is crucial.
- **Excellent communication skills**: Both written and verbal communication are essential for interacting with customers and internal teams.
- **Computer proficiency**: Must be comfortable using e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and other software.
- **Problem-solving skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to orders efficiently.
- **Time management skills**: Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is important.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in warehouse, customer service, and other departments.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
