**Order Processing and Reconciliation**:

- **Process incoming orders**: Verify customer information, order details, and payment accuracy like any Order Processing Executive.
- **Coordinate with warehouse and shipping providers**: Ensure smooth fulfillment and track shipments.
- **Reconcile orders with various sources**: This includes matching orders with payment gateway records, marketplace reports, inventory data, and internal systems.
- **Identify and investigate discrepancies**: Analyze data to pinpoint differences, like missing shipments, incorrect items, or payment errors.
- **Resolve discrepancies efficiently**: Collaborate with internal teams (finance, operations, customer service) to gather information and find solutions.
- **Manage returns and exchanges**: Process requests, issue refunds, and track returned items while ensuring accurate reconciliation.
- **Maintain accurate records**: Update customer accounts, order history, inventory records, and reconciliation logs.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- **Analyze order and reconciliation data**: Identify trends, patterns, and potential root causes of recurring discrepancies.
- **Prepare reports and presentations**: Communicate reconciliation findings, highlight areas for improvement in order processing or data accuracy, and propose solutions.
- **Stay updated on industry best practices**: Ensure order processing and reconciliation comply with regulations and adhere to industry standards.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement automation solutions**: Streamline order processing and reconciliation tasks using appropriate tools.
- **Collaborate with IT and other departments**: Troubleshoot system issues, address data quality concerns, and propose process improvements across departments.
- **Maintain a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms**: Be familiar with their order workflows, financial data structures, and potential integration points.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**: Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions for both order fulfillment and financial reconciliation.
- **Excellent attention to detail and accuracy**: Ensure both order processing and financial data are accurate and complete.
- **Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting**: Crucial for interpreting financial data and resolving discrepancies with financial teams.
- **Experience with e-commerce platforms and order processing software**: Familiarity with specific systems and integrations is a plus.
- **Strong communication and interpersonal skills**: Clearly communicate with internal teams and customers regarding order issues and reconciliation findings.
- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team**: Take ownership of tasks while collaborating effectively across departments.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
