**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Determines training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results, conferring with business development executives
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales processes, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Ensure continuous improvement of sales skills through ongoing training and development initiatives.
- Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of participants after sessions.
- Coordinates with other Business Heads & CRM to identify and analyze training needs.
- Create training structure and analyze ROI to meet financial objectives.
- Meets sales training financial objectives by forecasting sales training requirements; preparing an annual budget, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and demands of a corporate sales environment.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- 8+ years of strong background in sales training in B2B platform and out of which 2 years of experience in Sales is preferable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing CRM systems and analyzing sales data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Experience in directly interacting with customers and handling escalations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel, and CRM software.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
