Opening: 1 Nos. - Job ID: 52879 - Employment Type: Full Time - Reference: - Work Experience: 2.0 Year(s) To 3.0 Year(s) - CTC Salary: 6.00 LPA TO 7.00 LPA - Industry: Chemicals/PetroChemical/Paints - Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. - Paint/Oil; M.E./M.Tech - Paint/Oil - Location: - Mumbai **- **Job Title** Research Executive Department Protective Coating - **Reporting** to Assitant Manager or Sr. Manager - **Location**/Unit Turbhe **Role Description** **Job Purpose** Primary Responsibilities Key Performance Indicators - Should have basic knowledge on significance of different paint ingredients, formulation designing, phr calculation and batch processing. - Responsible for processing of paint batches of protective coating formulation and testing as per various test methods. - Should work independently with different type of coating chemistry like epoxy, alkyd, polyurethane etc. - like pull off adhesion etc. - Knowledge on customer interface/trouble shooting from technical service point of view. **Key Interactions** Internal Interaction within different group of R&T External Interaction with Plant, OPC and PMG **Role Requirements / Specifications** **Qualifications M. Sc Organic chemistry/B. Tech /M. Tech (Paint Technology) or M. Sc in polymer science** Previous Experience - 2 - 3 Yrs. Hands on experience in Protective Coating **Functional Competencies** - Good knowledge of chemistry/coatings - Should be conversant with basic word & excel **Behavioral Competencies** - Positive attitude to learn & work - Good communication skills - Written & Oral - Hard working - Research oriented **Additional Requirements** Manager and build his knowledge in this domain. **Key Skills**: - Paint Research - Paint Ingredients - Formulation Designing - Phr Calculation - Protective Coating
