**Position**:Coating Crew Supervisor

**Location**:Saudi Arabia

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in coatings, surface preparation, or industrial painting are preferred.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Team Supervision**: Supervise and manage a team of coating technicians, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project requirements and timelines.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor and inspect the quality of work performed by the crew, ensuring that the coating is applied correctly, according to specifications, and meets quality standards.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring that all crew members are using proper personal protective equipment (PPE) and following health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations during all coating operations.
- **Material Management**: Ensure that the proper materials, tools, and equipment are available for coating operations, and ensure that all materials are stored and handled in accordance with safety guidelines.
- **Documentation and Reporting**: Maintain records of work performed, including daily logs, material usage, inspection reports, and compliance documentation. Report progress, issues, and challenges to senior management.
- **Training and Mentorship**: Provide guidance, training, and support to less experienced crew members, ensuring that they adhere to best practices and safety standards.
- **Client Communication**: Interact with clients and stakeholders as needed, providing updates on the progress of the coating work and addressing any concerns or requirements.

Pay: From ₹95,000.00 per month
