**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact and follow up on leads provided by the company to drive enrollments.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by delivering exceptional results.
- Understand and effectively communicate the companys services and offerings to potential clients.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and provide solutions aligned with their needs.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Actively participate in sales training and provide feedback to improve processes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years in sales, preferably in ed-tech or loan services.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Familiarity with sales CRM systems is a plus.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive outlook.
