**Job description**:
**Site Operations Management**:

- Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations at the BPO site reporting into a FM company.
- Ensure 24X7 availability of housekeeping services to maintain a clean and organized workplace.
- Develop and implement site-specific policies and procedures for housekeeping staff.

**Team Player and Client Relationship Management**:

- Collaborate with the FM company's representatives to meet and exceed their expectations.
- Address any concerns and requirements of the FM company promptly and effectively.
- Foster positive communication and collaboration between all stakeholders involved.

**Communication Skills**:

- Maintain effective communication with the FM company's management, addressing any

housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with the FM company's representatives to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.

**Process Orientation**:

- Develop and maintain a structured housekeeping schedule to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.
- Implement efficient housekeeping processes and workflows to optimize resource allocation and improve overall site maintenance.

**Strong Public Relations (PR) Skills**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with the FM company's and the client's teams,

addressing their housekeeping needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet specific requirements and preferences.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in site operation or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)

**Experience**:
