We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Facility Executive with at least one year of experience in facility management to join our team. As a Facility Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the building and its services. You will assist in managing maintenance, health and safety compliance, and vendor management. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Maintenance Management**:

- Monitor and coordinate the day-to-day facility maintenance activities, ensuring all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are fully operational.
- Conduct routine inspections and report any issues requiring attention to the Facility Manager.
- Manage and schedule preventive maintenance programs.
- **Vendor & Contractor Coordination**:

- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance services, cleaning, and repairs.
- Review service contracts and ensure vendor services meet quality standards and timelines.
- Ensure contractors comply with safety standards and workplace policies.
- **Facility Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure the building adheres to local building codes, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist with fire drills, safety audits, and ensuring emergency preparedness plans are in place.
- Maintain fire and safety equipment, ensuring all systems are functional.
- **Space Management**:

- Assist with space planning and allocation, ensuring efficient use of office space.
- Support office relocations, furniture setups, and other space-related initiatives.
- **Budget & Cost Management**:

- Track expenses related to facility management and assist with budget management.
- Monitor facility operating costs and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain facility records, including maintenance logs, inventory, and vendor contracts.
- Prepare regular reports on facility performance, issues, and action items for management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
