**Role Definition**

Handling Automation and Robotics team with respect to co-ordination and management and know-how of their abilities and needs while and after completing the projects. Coordinating from PO to Billing by carrying out with systems & policies by completing projects within the stipulated time

**Responsibility Deliverable**

Ø Project Planning: Project plan outlining goals, scope, timeline, and resources required.

Ø Task Assignment: Assignment of tasks and responsibilities to team members.

Ø Resource Management: Resource allocation plan, including personnel, materials, and equipment.

Ø Communication: Plan detailing how information will be shared within the project team and with stakeholders.

Ø Documentation: Maintaining Project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and issue logs.

Ø Risk Management: Risk assessment and mitigation plan.

Ø Quality Control: Ensure Quality assurance and control processes respective to deliverables and to meet established standards.

Ø Schedule Management: Project schedule with milestones and deadlines.

Ø Issue Resolution: Resolution plans for any project issues or conflicts.

Ø Reporting: Regular project status reports for stakeholders and management.

Ø Budget Management: Budget tracking and completion of project within stipulated budget.

Ø Stakeholder Engagement: Engagement plan outlining how stakeholders will be involved in the project.

Ø Closure: Ensure Project completion on both customer and internal aspects and proceed to billing.

Ø Billing: Ensure project billing in closed loop manner.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
