**Skill Set**
- Create project schedules that include process estimates
- Maintain a project budget that includes accurate material and man power estimates vs actuals
- Coordinate with vendors for on time delivery of sub-parts at or under budget
- Coordinate with internal process departments to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Assist in creating and updating technical manuals and other tech documents
- Work with field service personnel to handle field issues as they arise
- Exposure to railway projects is an advantage
