**ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination**
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of assigned IT projects including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Maintain project documentation such as timelines, risk logs, budgets, and status reports.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication among stakeholders (internal teams, clients, vendors).
- Monitor project progress and performance using KPIs; escalate issues as needed.
- Support project managers in tracking deliverables and aligning execution with strategic goals.
- Ensure timely completion of milestones within defined scope and budget.

**Quality Assurance**
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define testing requirements and standards.
- Create and review test plans, test cases, and execution strategies.
- Track and report software bugs, enhancements, and test results using QA tools.
- Participate in software testing cycles (manual and automated) to ensure bug-free releases.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, usability, and customer experience goals.
- Assist in root cause analysis and post-deployment quality reviews.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in IT project coordination **and/or** QA roles.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello).
- Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Selenium, TestRail, Postman) is a strong plus.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
- Project Management and/or QA certifications are a plus.
- Based in or near **Coimbatore** (on-site role)
