**About this team**:
The Corporate Business Architecture team provides employees with tools to help them develop, sell and implement FinTech solutions to FIS clients. We digitally transform the efficiency and effectiveness of how FIS employees get their work done through FIS' Future Forward Program.

**What you will be doing**:

- Installs, maintains and upgrades internal computer hardware and software systems used for designing and developing company products.
- Controls user access and passwords.
- Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve reliability and performance of system.
- Working Knowledge onAzure, Citrix, Netscalers, M365, Intune, Windows Server, Active Directory Administration, VMWare administration, Exchange
- Monitors usage and performance.
- Trains personnel on system usage.
- Troubleshoots server, software and hardware issues.
- Assists with recommending, scheduling and implementing system hardware and/or software upgrades or repairs.
- Researches, evaluates and recommends software and hardware products.
- Supports Web access and electronic messaging services and maintains a secure systems environment.
- Other related duties assigned as needed.

**What you bring**:

- Strong Knowledge in Citrix ADC (VPX, MPX & SDX)
- Knowledge on Load balancing, GSLB, and Content Switching,
- Knowledge on NetScaler features, platform and licenses
- Experience in Upgrading NetScaler appliance and high availability pair
- Hands on experience of configuring and synch files in high availability setup with considering communication intervals
- Good understanding on various load balancing concepts HTTP, DNS, and LDAP
