Performs verifications of 3rd party products like software, peripherals and Chrome devices with Citrix Cloud and Google Chrome OS
- Ability to understand and develop test cases for various devices and ISV apps.
- Identify, isolate, interpret and report defects.
- Work with product engineering and Citrix Ready to validate and post test results
- Manage each deliverable with great attention to detail and take accountability of every product verified.
- Work with developers to analyze requirements and reproduce problems to get them resolved.
- Have a positive attitude towards work and grow together with the team.
- 5+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 3 years in Citrix product support and administration position
- Mandatory experience with Citrix products and services (including the installation, configuration and administration of CVAD, Citrix Cloud ) and Google Chrome OS
- Good Communication skills.
