**Job Title**: IT Administrator

**Job Summary**:Hiring a **IT Administrator **with **1 - 3** years of expertise in **Procuring, maintaining, and administering computers and office equipment**, to work in a **Bangalore based,** **Series A**, well-funded, footwear brand founded by international shoe experts from the U.S, Italy and India. The company has been growing by 2x year on year with proven track record in both B2B and E Commerce channels with growing demand for Exports.

**Location****:

- Koramangala, Bangalore**

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and maintain computers and networks.
- Upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software.
- Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Perform diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimise computer systems.
- Document processes, as well as backing up and archiving data.
- Develop processes to ensure company data is always backed up.
- Develop data retrieval and recovery procedures.
- Create user accounts and perform access control.
- Provide IT support to the team.
- Stay up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
- Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
- Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Work type**: **Work from office 

**Salary**:To be decided post-interview based on your experience, skills, and knowledge. But be rest assured, that you will get a good hike on your current salary :)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
