**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and acquire new clients in the **printing & packaging industry**.
- Manage existing customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve sales targets through B2B business development.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order execution.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies.

**Requirements**:
Experience: 2-10 years in **Sales - Printing/Packaging** industry.
Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
