**Job description: Social Media Executive.**

Bakson Multispeciality Hospital is well equipped to provide a high quality of personalized care for all your health and medical requirements.

We are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Executive to administer our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social Media Executive, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

**Responsibilities**:
**Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.**
- Align social media strategy with business goals and marketing objectives.
- Conduct competitive research, platform determination, and audience identification.

**Create, curate, and manage all published content. (images, video, and written)**
- Design and execute social media campaigns. Craft engaging and relevant content that aligns with our brand voice.

**Collaborate with other departments (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Customer Service) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.**
- Work with designers to ensure content is informative and appealing. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

**Monitor and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.**
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and engaging manner.

**Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.**
- Use social media marketing tools to schedule posts and analyze performance.
- Prepare and present reports on social media metrics, insights, and trends.
- Explore new ways to engage and new social networks to reach our target audience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven 2-3 years’ experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Hands-on experience in content management.
- Excellent copywriting skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Ability to deliver creative content. (text, image, and video)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Master's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
- Additional qualifications in digital marketing or social media are a plus.
