**Admission Counsellor (Work From Home)**
**Location**: Edappaly, Kerala (WFH)
**Salary**: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 + Incentives
**Experience**: Sales or Safety [HSE] related experience

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Conversion**:

- Respond to inquiries from prospective students and provide information regarding available courses, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Follow up with leads generated through various channels and convert them into successful enrollments.
- **Counseling & Guidance**:

- Provide expert advice on course offerings, eligibility criteria, and the admission process to potential students.
- Assist students in selecting the most appropriate course based on their qualifications and interests.
- **Sales Activities**:

- Meet or exceed the monthly targets for admission conversions, ensuring a high success rate in enrollment.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of all student interactions, including follow-ups, counseling sessions, and admissions.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout the admission process.
- Provide ongoing support and answer any post-admission queries.
- **Market Research & Feedback**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and customer feedback to improve the counseling process.
- Gather insights on student needs to contribute to the development of new services or offerings.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; relevant training in sales or HSE is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Experience in **sales or HSE-related fields** is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in Malayalam is an advantage).
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer customized solutions.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM software.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
- A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering results.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- **Salary**: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month + **incentives** based on performance.
