**Job Overview**

The Admissions Counsellor is responsible for managing all aspects of the admissions process at Shanthiniketan School. This role includes handling inquiries from prospective families, coordinating campus visits, and supporting families through the enrollment journey. The Admissions Counsellor ensures that prospective families experience a smooth, informative, and welcoming admissions process, fostering positive relationships with parents.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Admissions Coordination**
- Manage the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to understand family needs and align them with the school’s offerings.
- Schedule and facilitate campus tours, guiding prospective families and answering their questions about the School.
- Coordinate meetings between prospective families and the Academic Head/Principal/ Founder, ensuring families feel valued and well-informed about the school.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions data to ensure efficient and timely communication with families.

**Enrollment Support**
- Guide families through the enrollment process, including assistance with paperwork and clarification of school policies.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new families, helping them feel welcomed and confident in their choice.
- Support parents with any questions or concerns about transitioning their children into the School environment.

**Parent Communication**
- Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective parents, maintaining open and positive communication.
- Address any inquiries or concerns from parents regarding admissions and enrollment in a professional and timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree; additional certifications in school administration or admissions counseling are advantageous.
- Previous experience in admissions, early childhood education, or customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a welcoming, child-centered approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

**Key Skills**
- Attention to detail, especially in tracking admissions inquiries and follow-ups.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with families.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor to make prospective families feel comfortable and supported.

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
