- Carrying weekly enrollment/revenue and collection targets.
- Establishing the uniqueness and effectiveness of PIMTs assosiated universities model of online learning.
- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you.This includes marking phone/video calls, product demonsteration, sales closing and post sales relationship management.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads and providing constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- A Bachelor's degree
- 1 -2 Years of experience in admission counsellors or similar role, especially within the education sector.
- A solid understanding of the education industry
- Strong communication and people skills, with the ability to connect with others effectively.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results-oriented, with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English is must

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
