**Position Title**: Executive / Volunteer
**Engagement Type**: Full-time
**Education Qualification**: Minimum 12th Pass. Graduation in any stream will be an added advantage, especially in Social Work, Humanities, or related fields.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- **Gujarati**: Fluent (spoken)
- **Hindi**: Spoken
- **English**: Basic understanding

**2. Key Responsibilities**
**A. Field Operations**
- Conduct **regular field visits** to project areas and shelter homes to monitor implementation and ensure smooth operations.
- Engage with **beneficiaries** to understand their needs, collect feedback, and report field-level observations.
- Perform **need analysis** and **baseline surveys** as per the organization’s data collection protocols.
- Support in organizing and coordinating **on-ground activities**, events, and awareness campaigns.

**B. Monitoring & Evaluation**
- Assist in collecting, updating, and maintaining project data.
- Support in preparing field visit reports, progress reports, and case documentation.
- Monitor the progress and performance of project components and submit regular updates to the supervisor.

**C. Coordination & Communication**
- Act as a bridge between the **field team** and **central office** for effective communication and coordination.
- Maintain regular contact with **beneficiaries**, field staff, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely reporting of field challenges, emergencies, or any irregularities.

**D. Administrative Support**
- Maintain basic documentation and support data entry in **MS Excel and Word**.
- Help in organizing project files, survey forms, and feedback data.
- Assist in basic communication tasks like follow-ups, scheduling, and field coordination.

**3. Skills Required**
- **Proficiency in MS Office Tools** (Excel & Word mandatory)
- **Strong interpersonal and communication skills**:

- Ability to **manage time effectively** and handle multiple responsibilities
- Positive attitude and a **team-oriented mindset**:

- Must be **comfortable working on the field** and dealing with diverse communities

**4. Additional Requirements**
- **Two-wheeler driving ability** is preferred (having a valid license is an added advantage)
- Willingness to travel to **different locations within and around Surat** is mandatory
- Should be comfortable with **intercity travel** as part of project or donor visits
