**Job Title: Volunteer Coordinator for NGO.**

**Job Type: [Full-Time]**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outreach through various channels, including social media, community events, and partnerships with local organizations.
- Assist with onboarding new staff and volunteers.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist in the planning and execution of organizational events, workshops, and meetings.
- Design and conduct orientation and training programs for new volunteers.
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance volunteer skills and knowledge.

**Volunteer Management**:

- Assign and schedule volunteer tasks and responsibilities according to program needs.
- Maintain accurate records of volunteer hours, activities, and performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for volunteers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Engagement and Retention:

- Develop and implement strategies to engage and motivate volunteers, including recognition programs and regular feedback.
- Organize events and activities to build a sense of community among volunteers.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent experience.
- 0-1 years of experience in volunteer management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:
