**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Handle recruitment pressure and achieve hiring targets within specified time frames.
- Coordinate with various departments to facilitate the recruitment process.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or Recruiter, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Good knowledge of IT and non-IT recruitments.
- Strong sourcing and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve hiring targets.
- Experience in hiring for multiple industries is a plus.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media for sourcing.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,619.18 - ₹31,193.10 per month
