**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
- Analyze user feedback and activity to improve the overall user experience.
- **UI/UX Design**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and design patterns.
- Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet accessibility standards.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and functionality of designs.
- Work with product managers to align designs with project requirements and goals.
- **Testing and Validation**:

- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Iterate designs based on user testing and data analysis.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and front-end development principles (preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
