**For Quality -Job Responsibilities**:
Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality and compare the final product to the specifications
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Supervise the production process
- Prepare procedures, update and maintain files as needed by ISO certification and quality enhancement.
**For Production - Job Responsibilities**:
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Ensure that manufacturing strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets
- Responsible for total quality management, production planning & control, lean manufacturing
- Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities
- Develop and manage master production schedule and operations budgets for products to directly support and ensure that the product is delivered to agreed cost, quality, and timelines
- Maintaining all ISO 9001: 2015 reports.
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good math and technical skills.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques And production.
**Qualification: BE Mechanical or Diploma in Mechanical.**
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
