**Requirements**:

- Experience in industry for at least 5 years
- Excellent knowledge of various destinations and network of suppliers, hoteliers, transporters.
- Well versed with geography, treks, adventure activities across India and world like mountain biking, cycling, sailing, kayaking, Thru-hiking, Sky diving, paragliding (certification in one or more will get more attention)
- Thinking on feet (spontaneous)
- Excellent knowledge of computer, reservation system etc
- Flexible in terms of extended work hours
- Committed and dedicated

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, build, and manage existing and new clients.
- Develop and manage new adventure programs
- Collaborate, negotiate and work closely with strategic partners established in respective adventure sports/tourism domain
- Ensuring quality service by following the organization standards.
- Follow up on leads
- Generate monthly budgets and sales forecasts.
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, cost and accommodation
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
- Office operations
- Meet profit and sales targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
