- Should be go getter, as role involves pursuing and meeting the agreed targets.
- Prior experience working with college students or faculty /Experience with Student

Organizations such as NSS (National Service Scheme) or similar initiatives is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a database of colleges Nursing, Social Work, and Psychology
- Develop connects with the colleges of Nursing, Social Work, and Psychology to raise awareness about the DemChamp program and its benefits.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations tailored to students of colleges of Nursing, Social Work, and Psychology to encourage their participation in the DemChamp program.
- Plan and execute presentations and conclaves aimed at faculty and principals of colleges of Nursing, Social Work, and Psychology
- Engage with Students and Faculty regularly to promote and follow up on the program
- Provide support and guidance to ensure completion of certificate criteria.
- Attend college events, seminars, and workshops to network and spread awareness.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
