We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Executive to join our team. The Accounting Executive will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and supporting financial reporting. This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in accounting principles and excellent analytical skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate financial records by recording day-to-day transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to support management in decision-making.
- Assist in payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate calculations and payments.
- Handle expense reporting and verify expenses for compliance with company policy.
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Assist in audits by providing required documentation and information to auditors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline accounting processes and improve financial efficiency.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

**Location**: Onsite with flexibility for occasional offsite meetings.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial health and transparency of the organization, ensuring efficient management of resources and compliance with industry standards.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
