**About the Role**:
We're seeking a motivated Accounts Executive to join our growing team. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our financial health by ensuring adherence to company policies, creating efficient data tracking methods, and generating insightful reports.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and adhere to company financial policies and procedures, safeguarding financial integrity.
- Develop efficient methods for tracking financial data, utilizing spreadsheets and advanced software for recordkeeping.
- Coordinate and execute financial activities, including bill payments, invoicing, and more.
- Assist in the audit process by providing accurate and timely financial information.
- Prepare regular financial reports, analyze trends, identify discrepancies, and propose solutions.
- Collaborate with management to create and manage budgets for departments and projects.
- Provide financial guidance to colleagues and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment.

**Requirements**:

- In Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a deep understanding of accounting principles.
- Expertise in financial software and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
