The Account Executive in Finance & Accounts is responsible for managing and overseeing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of financial processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Reporting & Analysis**:

- **Assist in Financial Reports**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, identifying and resolving any discrepancies between company records and bank statements.
- **Budget Monitoring**: Assist in budget preparation and tracking expenses to ensure the organization stays within budgetary limits.

**Client & Vendor Relations**:

- **Client Communication**: Liaise with clients and customers to address invoicing queries, payment issues, and other account-related concerns.

**Internal Collaboration & Support**:

- **Cross-departmental Coordination**: Work with the finance team, sales department, and other internal teams to ensure accurate billing and smooth financial operations.
- **Audit Preparation**: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documents and ensuring records are compliant with industry standards.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).
- **Vendor Management**: Manage vendor accounts, ensure timely payments, and resolve discrepancies or issues related to vendor invoices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
