**Key Job Responsibilities**
- Key responsibility shall be sales of active and passive microwave products like GaAs Fets, GaN, MMICs Isolators and circulators, among others.
- Demonstrate the use and the technical benefits of our products to prospective clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the technologies, trends, and players in the microwave market.
- Manage the relationships with our existing customers and develop new ones.
- Develop annual sales budgets and ensure that they are met when approved.
- Develop and monitor the sales expense budget.
- Develop a strong partnership with our distributors and key customers.
- Develop excellent working knowledge of our products and services.
- Coordinate closely with our principals for materials and information required to promote our products and services.
- Present our companies’ sales performance against budget to management and make recommendations as required to ensure our future success.
**Qualifications / Requirements**:
- M. Tech/M Sc/ B Tech Electronics with Microwave background
- Relevent experience : 2 to 5 years
- Experience in the Microwave telecom / space / wireless industry
- Successfully worked in a small company environment.
- Capable of establishing and meeting goals and objectives
- Good skills in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Power Point).
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
- Willing to travel for on-site customer visits
- Ability to work independently, and with multiple, geographically distributed teams
**Location**:
- Mumbai / Bangalore / Ahmedabad
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
