**Position**: Quality Coordinator

**Role/Job Description**: Coordinate with project team to ensure quality practices are implemented in the projects.

Prepare dashboard on various performance parameters at regular frequency.

Interact with project team to ensure risk assesment workshop conducted on monthly basis.

Support project team to carry out Causal Analysis & Resolution (CAR) for external defects, customer escalations etc.

Ensure that project specific quality documents are version control and released with adequate approval for implementation.

Intiate tailoring request incase of any deviation w.r.t. org. practices

To monitor projects quality objectives and initiate actions as necessary.

Train project team on various QMS practices.

Conduct sampling audit to ensure teams are following the system.

Intiate continual improvement drive across EM.

Escalating any issue/watchout to EM leadership team for resolution.
- Good understanding of Quality Management system & ISO 9001.
- Good Communications Skills
- Customer Focus

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
- Auditing skills
- Sound knowledge of PE engineering practices (Oil & Gas)
- Good written and verbal skills,
- Customer Focus
