The Quoting Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and managing quotations, coordinating with internal teams to gather necessary information, analyzing customer requirements, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of quotes. The role also involves maintaining records of quotations, following up with clients, and updating the status of quotes in the system.QualificationsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a teamKnowledge of the hose pipes , valves , fittings hydraulic & pneumatic components and related technical specificationsExperience with SAP / ERP is a plusDiploma Bachelor's Mechanical degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
