**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **UI Design**:

- Collaborate with UX designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to usability and accessibility standards.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- **Graphic Design**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms including social media, marketing materials, advertisements, and print media.
- Develop branding materials such as logos, brochures, and promotional items.
- Maintain and enhance the company's visual identity across all channels.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- **Collaboration**:

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback to refine design solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to elevate the brand.
- **Miscellaneous**:

- Manage multiple design projects with competing deadlines.
- Keep an organized library of design assets.
- Continuously seek opportunities for learning and professional growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in graphic design and UI design.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign) and other relevant tools (Sketch, Figma, etc.).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including UI/UX and graphic design.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and branding.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
