We are looking for a talented and experienced UX Designer with expertise in tools like Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, wireframe software, and other related platforms. As a UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive, user-centric designs for our digital products and services.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to gather requirements and understand user needs.

2. Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.

3. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or other relevant software.

4. Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that effectively address user needs and business objectives.

5. Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and usability across different products and platforms.

6. Conduct user testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs based on user feedback.

7. Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts and maintain design integrity throughout the development process.

8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in UX design, and advocate for incorporating best practices into the design process.

9. Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders, and present design solutions in a clear and compelling manner.

10. Work closely with the UI design team to create a seamless user experience, ensuring a harmonious balance between usability and aesthetics.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven work experience as a UX Designer or similar role.

2. Proficiency in using design tools such as Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, or other related software.

3. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

4. Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools like Sketch, InVision, Axure, or Balsamiq.

5. Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and user research techniques.

6. Solid grasp of information architecture and interaction design principles.

7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive design solutions.

8. Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail.

9. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

10. Strong communication and presentation skills.

11. A portfolio showcasing your UX design work and process is highly desirable.

**Salary**: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
