**Purchase Executive/Purchase Assistant for Engineering Projects**Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchase, Materials, Inventory Management, Commercial, Purchase, Material Management & Vendor Development Management
- Issue Order to vendor, Service Entry Sheet, Contract Agreement, Sanction Request, Invoicing and Issuing On-Line Road Permits to Vendors etc.
- Extensive knowledge of Project procurement services, Planning & Analysis, Administration management, Account & bill processing services, MIS & different types of report preparation, training, Knowledge Management and ERP (operational) etc.
- PR to PO process and Complete planning and execution of Process Equipment's related to procurement.
- Extensive knowledge of preparation / Review of Bid Inquiry Documents, Evaluation of Bids, Negotiating with Vendor, Vendor Development
- Creation of Purchase Order, Work Order, Delivery Order and amendments of the order for the request approved.
- Create Purchase Requisition (PR), Material Reservation and UMC for the requested material.
- Processing of Service Entry (SE), Good Issue (GI) and Invoice verification (IV) and sanction request (SR) and sending to Accounts.
- Monitoring of Payments made to vendors and other expenses.
- Project Management related work done under the guideline or supervision of Senior Management.
- Make comparison of offer price quotation and assist in commercial & technical negotiation
- Procurement of Bought out items - floating inquiries, comparison of quotations, negotiation with suppliers, order finalisation in the budgeted cost and releasing orders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
