**Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing the entire procurement process, from identifying project requirements to negotiating contracts and ensuring the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors. Assist in evaluating suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and emerging trends in the solar industry. Stay informed about new products, technologies, and services that could benefit the company.
- Prepare and issue **RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFQs (Request for Quotations),** and **RFIs (Request for Information).** Collect and analyze proposals, quotes, and bids to determine the best value for the company.
- Assist in negotiating contract terms with suppliers, ensuring that all agreements comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with project managers to ensure necessary materials and equipment are available when required. Assist in managing stock levels to minimize costs and avoid project delays.
- Analyze procurement costs and assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier performance.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings. Provide insights and recommendations for enhancing procurement efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the **solar** or **renewable energy** sector.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools. Knowledge of **ERP systems** and **Microsoft Office Suite** (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with the solar energy market, including key suppliers, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- A team player with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
