Job Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage procurement, vendor relationships, and office administration. This role will ensure smooth, cost-effective operations while maintaining good vendor partnerships and overseeing office tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Procurement: Oversee procurement of IT equipment and office supplies, collaborate with teams to align purchases with company needs, and maintain inventory.
- Vendor Management: Build relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts and pricing, and ensure timely invoice processing.
- Office Administration: Manage daily office operations, assist with organizing events and meetings, handle inquiries, maintain office records, and support senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in procurement, vendor management, and office administration, preferably in an IT or tech company.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of procurement software.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with IT procurement and vendor contracts.
- Experience with project management or procurement systems.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
