Personal Assistant

**Job Summary -**
We are seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to deliver tailored secretarial and administrative support with efficiency and precision. This role involves one-on-one collaboration, managing various tasks related to the manager's work and communication.
**Responsibilities -**
- Serve as the primary liaison between the manager and internal/external contacts.
- Screen calls, manage correspondence, and handle requests with discretion.
- Organize the manager's schedule, arrange meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Facilitate travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Capture dictations and meeting minutes accurately.
- Source and manage office supplies.
- Generate reports, presentations, and briefs.
- Establish and maintain an organized office filing system.
**Requirements and Skills -**
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and English.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Capacity to multitask and prioritize daily responsibilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate discretion and uphold confidentiality.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
